Ingredients:
- 3 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spareribs)
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt

- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

- Brush the BBQ sauce over the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Return the ribs to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and the ribs are heated through.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Note:
- Baby back ribs are leaner and more tender than spareribs, but both types of ribs work well in this recipe
- You can also smoke the ribs on a grill or in a smoker for an authentic BBQ flavor
- The BBQ sauce can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to a week.
- You can also use your favorite store-bought BBQ sauce if you prefer
- If you prefer your ribs to be more saucy, you can double the BBQ sauce recipe
